Adrenal Rhythm Reset

Service Description

This session is an excellent option for anyone feeling physically depleted, suffering from chronic stress, or burnout. It can take between 1-3 sessions for adrenals to establish their (new) rhythm. The adrenals are small glands that deserve high praises! They sit on top of each kidney and are incredibly important in orchestrating many critical functions throughout the body, including our fight or flight instincts. Today it is common for our adrenals to feel overloaded from the high stress of our daily life, meaning they are stuck in autopilot on fight or flight mode. By recalibrating the adrenals back to their natural rhythm, we can move the body from a reactive (sympathetic) state to a parasympathetic state. This relaxing treatment will also incorporate a Diaphragm Release to help the client further settle into their body and integrate higher frequencies. *This session is not recommended as a first session for new clients (please have at least 1 other Vibrational Sound Healing session prior to this).

Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours prior to your session. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 24 of the session start time.
